Start small like removing sugars and soda and adding things that will speed up your metabolism. Things like ginger, lemon, and or apple cider vinegar. Let’s not forget to move and sweat!!

Im learning to stop taking everything personally. I now know that every human is flawed and why should I expect anything else but for them to be human. We are all flawed so to expect anything else robs us of our peace and give away our energy to being offended or hurt. The more I let go of expectations I’m shown the truth that energy is vital and if we give it away we are the ones that will lose. We only have so much energy to do new novel things.

Finish what we start..
Im learning how important it is to finish what one starts. I was recently trying to quit my job because I applied at another place. My anxiety got the best of me and simply wanted to quit and run to not face my coworkers. I have never quit a job the right way or created structure so I could have peace. I want a healthy relationship but that is going to require me to be stable in all aspects of my life first!

When I started viewing fitness as medicine my whole life changed! Get out and move. Every time we sweat we are removing toxins from our bodies and brain. The heart is also a key component in us feeling good. We can reverse the age of our organs by exercising. Hope this helps you and share with your people let’s create a community the gives back. #worthy

We self sabotage due to energy the brain is trying to conserve. Every decision, thought, emotions, and actions requires energy. So when we do new things we tend to self sabotage and go back to old behaviors. Think about it those old behaviors are easy so we repeat them. Turn it into a game and tell yourself we do hard things, we got this!!

Natural order
Everything has its starting point and its eventual end. Our body has its own clock in fact every organ has its own clock. The rise and fall of our sun is the cycles call the circadian rhythm. When we properly rest and follow this cycle we tend to heal and recover faster. Oh it won’t be this magical thing we’re sparks fly instantly but a gradual building of resilience through natural cycles. Do your research and remember you are worthy of all your dreams.

Neurons that fire together wire together… what we we consistently creates patterns. Pattern that govern our lives in good and not so good ways. If you want a new life then you must be willing to be consistent with new behaviors and thoughts. It starts with our thoughts and how we speak to ourselves. So why not say you are a warrior and you are worthy. Tell yourself I do hard things everyday and everything ends!! I believe in you I believe you are worthy of all your dreams!

We only fail when we give up!! I finally got the mics in and I had to try multiple times to get this audio figured out. I had a set of mics that I could have used yesterday but I gave up and didn’t think of taking the protective case off my phone. I ordered a new mic yesterday and this morning same thing it did not fit but this time I noticed the case was in the way I took it off and lo and behold they both work. I’m keeping both sets and a lesson learned!! Thank you for listening my worthy warriors!
