Nueroception Our brains and nervous system is constantly scanning our surroundings for danger. But what happens when you are raised in adverse environments I found that peace triggered my danger response. This explains why my life was always chaotic as my system interpreted peace as danger. So we create the chaos through our decisions and wonder why our life’s are in shambles. The beauty about being human is that we can regulate our nervous system and regrow new brain cells!!
